These terms govern your use of the Flashcards service ("Service") developed and operated by Kirill Byvshev, trading as byvshev.dev, an individual based in Georgia ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
The Service is currently in beta and is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, including deleting accounts and data, with reasonable effort to notify users.
You retain all rights to the decks and cards you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

The Service has no paid tier at this time. References to a "$49 lifetime" reservation are an expression of interest only and do not create a contract or payment obligation. Pricing and plans, if any, will be communicated separately and require your explicit agreement before any payment.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that data will not be lost. You are responsible for keeping copies of content that matters to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by emailing contact@byvshev.dev. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Georgia.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
